Does your company
use sub-contractors?
Sometimes. We self perform service and maintenance
in our service area. We do not use air conditioning sub-contractors. We
will use sub-contractors for electrical work, sheet metal and some other
specialized functions.
Do you charge a
premium for the use of your advanced technology?
No. We provide all our services at
market rates. Not only do we not charge a premium, but there is a chance
our technology can fund your entire service and maintenance budget through
energy savings.
Is your advanced
technology available to other service people?
Partially. The Honeywell Service Assistant is
marketed nationally. So far DTRossi, Inc. has the most experience using the
data to create value in term of energy savings for our customers.
Do your jobs ever
go over the quoted price?
Sometimes, but
you won’t have to pay any more. Although it is impossible for every quote to be 100%
accurate, we at DTRossi, Inc. always include an NTE (Not to Exceed) price
on our job quotes. If the job comes in under the quoted amount we
pass the savings on to our customer. If the job goes over the NTE price, we “eat” the difference.
Can I, as a
customer, see reports of work done and/or open quotes on the web?
Yes. As you may have noticed, there is a “Customer Only” link on
the left navigation bar. Our customers have full access to a variety
of information about the jobs being done at their locations. Some examples
include, Job Status reports and Site Specific reports
